Starsand Potions is an offline single-player puzzle game. We do not collect or transmit gameplay data, device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or advertising identifiers. The game has no accounts, advertising, analytics SDKs, tracking, or in-app purchases.
Progress, settings, collection, and a small rotating diagnostic gameplay log are saved locally on your device. They are not sent to us. Device backups may be managed by your operating system. Deleting the app removes its local data; backup behavior is controlled by your device and backup settings.
Apple processes the one-time App Store purchase under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment card information. If you open a support or privacy link, your browser connects to this website, hosted through Qiniu. The hosting service may process normal web request information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and secure the page. This website uses no analytics scripts, advertising cookies, or contact forms.
If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond. Please do not send passwords, financial data, or other sensitive information. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the game.
